NURSERY ADMISSIONS REQUEST FORM
This is the form that parents need to complete if you want to request a place for your child to join us in Nursery at Fairlight.
Our Early Years team will then be in contact with you to discuss when your child can start.
The information provided is then inputted into our school database (Scholarpack) and a paper copy kept in your child's school paper file.
