School Improvement Plan
KEY STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES FOR CHANGE 2022-2023
Each year the senior leadership team write a School Improvement Plan to ensure that we are all clear and working towards common goals.
We have also produced a document Taking the Temperature at Fairlight Primary and Nursery School 2021-2022 that outlines our principles around what we are doing to monitor as well as why we are "taking the temperature" so that all involved know what is going on, why and the part they play in it.
